ESOC Sprint O - Kinneil Wood

This years ESOC Sprint O took place at Kinneil Wood, near Bo'ness. A prologue was followed by a chase.

The prologue was 2.7k with 80m of climb and 14 controls. Tom Ryan was fastest, with Dave Robertson and Will Hensman second and third. I finished fourth in 14.30.

The Chase was 2.7k with 60m of climb and 14 controls. Tom Ryan held onto his lead, Will Hensman passed Dave Robertson for second and third respectively; and I hung onto fourth place, but was pushed hard by Andrew Dalgleish.
