Scottish Sprint Championships - The King's Buildings

INT organised this years Scottish Sprint Championships at Edinburgh Universitiy's King's Buildings. I ran Course 1 (for M16-50) which was 2.7k with 22 controls. I disqualified myself after realising (only at the finish!) that I'd crossed a wall that it was forbidden to cross going to 17.

Later the same day, ESOC organised the British Night Championships on the Pentland Hills to the south of Edinburgh. I ran M50L which was 6.1k with 225m of climb and 15 controls.

Some orienteers (notably Murray Strain and Helen Bridle) also ran a third race today - a 5 mile road race in Edinburgh, which took place before the sprint. Orienteer, Scott Fraser won the race in a new record and Murray finished third.
