Knee injury has prevented me doing much orienteering recently and, whilst things aren't perfect; I am running again!
Todays event was the second of this years Scottish Orienteering League races and was organised by Solway Orienteers in Dalbeattie Town Wood - a rough, but very technical wood. I ran the M50L course which made really good use of the area and which was 6.5k with 220m of climb and 24 controls.
