Roxburgh Reivers organised todays South of Scotland Orienteering League event at Lanton Moor, close to Jedburgh. I ran the Brown course which was 9.9k with 200m of climb and 22 controls, and which was won by Jegor Kostylev in 61.04.
After the event, I was recommended to "refuel" at the Woodside Garden Cafe which was so good that I ate and drank far more than intended!
