I'd planned to go to the INVOC colour coded event at Clunas (see map from 2003 event) near Nairn today, but a muscle injury sustained whilst on a training run last Wednesday has put paid to that, so it looks like I'll have a quiet day in front of the TV watching the World Cup instead!
