I helped at tonights UK Cup Final Sprint race at Stirling University which is also being used as a selection race for this years World Championships.
The mens course was 3.0k with 55m of climb and 20 controls, and was won by Graham Gristwood, with Jon Duncan second and Jamie Stevenson third.
The womens course was 2.8k with 35m of climb and 17 controls, and was won by Pippa Whitehouse, with Helen Bridle second and Helen Palmer third.
